We adopted callie after doing a lot of research on pit bulls.
We wanted a loving, intelligent and energetic dog and
Callie has exceeded our expectations.
When we finally buy a house, we intend to adopt at least 3 or 4 more
pit bulls from rescue agencies.
We have been working
with callie's training from day one, so that when we take
her out in public, we present a happy and stable pit bull
so that people can see that with this much maligned breed,
it is almost always the owners who are
responsible for their dog' s behavior--not the dogs.
