Buddy Was a stray. He was found with the end of his leash
under a manhold cover in the street. We got Beau when we
evicted our previous tenant. He was her dog but we felt she
badly neglected him. Maggie we went and got from a breeder.
The cats are all strays that waundered into our yard and
never left. Actually Motorhead was found in the engine of
my husbands van. He was driving down the street and heard a
meow. Stopped the van. Looked in the engine and there was a
little kitten huddled up on the cover over the fan. We also
have a 2 1/2 foot long iguana named Moe. Someone brought
her over one day in a tupperware container and asked if we
wanted her. That was two years ago.
